Dr. Paul T. Barbera has been providing primary care in Baltimore for nearly 30 years. He graduated from the University of Maryland with a bachelor of science degree and attended medical school at the University of Bologna in Italy. He completed his residency in internal medicine at Harbor Hospital in Baltimore.

Dr. Barbera is a strong advocate in the Baltimore community for physician-led, independent primary care, believing that independent primary care is the cornerstone of healthcare. He is board certified in internal medicine by the National Board of Physicians and Surgeons, and board eligible in addictions medicine. He is a member of the Medical Surgical Society of Maryland and the American Society of Addiction Medicine.
He enjoys traveling to Italy and visits Sardinia each summer to see his extended family. He cheers on Baltimore's sports teams, loves fishing and Italian cuisine, and is perfecting his hobby as a winemaker. He is married and has two children.
